Erin O’Connor
Founder
Erin has been in the vacation rental industry since 2012. She began her career with managing a vacation rental in Prospect Heights, one of Brooklyn’s most sought after, historical neighborhoods. That experience solidified her interest in a career in the vacation rental industry, recognizing it as the perfect industry for her skill set. Erin excels in facilitating exceptional guest experiences, setting dynamic pricing strategies, and in utilizing her extensive knowledge (and connections) in the industry to creatively solve problems. She was previously the Director of Operations for a high end Vacation Rental company based out of Fire Island and the Hamptons. In 2018 her company sold to the worlds largest vacation rental management company. Erin stayed on with the new company post acquisition and was a pivotal part of the transition. She has since passed the baton to Juliana Puleo, Co-Founder and CEO, to run the consultation business.
Juliana Puleo
Co-Founder & CEO
Juliana graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Business Administration. She spent three years out in Missouri, where she worked as a Product Coordinator. She oversaw product distribution to twelve brick-and-mortar storefronts, as well as the company’s online shop. Though she loves to explore and travel, Juliana just couldn’t stay away from Long Island’s ocean breeze. She returned home and took a position as Guest Relations Manager overseeing over 700 bookings in a three month season. Juliana excels in vendor management, quality assurance, and innovative problem solving.
